Epic is a really special spot. Their menu accommodates a myriad of preferences and cravings. All of the "Chef in Residence" menus are well thought-out, each with multiple very strong entries. The only thing in common between them is how great the taste and value are! Meat Shack is sort of the backbone for their operation and for good reason. Each of their BBQ meats is made with great talent. Special props to them for their Mac and Cheese too - so tasty. We've tried a lot of their cocktails too, all great! The servers are friendly and accommodating too. Highly highly recommend!

Absolutely deleicous food and drinks. The meat shack has some delicous options, I had the St. louis ribs, and they were spectacular, especially for the price. My girlfriend had a vegan cheezeburger sub from seitans, and it was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for deleicous food and great drinks with an awesome atmosphere. Our server was also very kind and quick with taking our orders. Thanks for giving us a great experience!

Last night we tried Meat Shack, the bbq joint and were blown away. The brisket was melt in your mouth tender, the ribs were fall off the bone but still had some chew; and I’d eat there just for the baked beans. They were just the right level of sweetness, with a good tang and heat. Absolutely blown away by the bbq.

I really, really enjoyed my experience here. I had the St Louis ribs meal from the Meat Shack, and it was so flavourful and cooked to perfection - so tender and juicy, the meat just fell off the bones. I really liked the variety of BBQ sauces that were given to us to try, too. It reminded me of the sauces you get at MEAT by Whyte Ave, but I would say that the quality of the food and the sauces at the Meat Shack are noticeably better than MEAT.
